Lots to unpack there.

Doors are close together. If you’ve ever lived in a place like this you’ll know it might be difficult to tell if it’s your door or neighbors door being knocked on.

Further, the cops stand back making it hard to know if they are there for you or not.

Also appears the one cop was about to knock on the other door but didn’t. Did they knock on all the doors?

They didn’t announce themselves as police department.
