Tranq / Xylazine is something completely different. It is more like Krokodil. The easiest way to spot somebody who does either (Tranq or Krocodil) is the open flesh wounds that do not heal. Both eat the flesh and literally expose the bones.
Considering that, I would reckon she is on heroin and/or fentanyl.
