A 25-year-old woman was stabbed to death this Sunday night (22), in Santa Bárbara d'Oeste (SP). According to the incident report, the author of the crime is the companion of the victim, aged 22, who fled with her car after stabbing her.
According to the police record, the victim and the author had a relationship for about a year and a half. This Sunday night, the Municipal Guard was called to their house, in the San Francisco neighborhood, after receiving a communication regarding a couple's fight.

At the scene, the rescue team from the Fire Department was already helping Rafaela Cristina Barroso da Silva, who had been injured with at least seven stab wounds to her arms, chest and head. She was taken to the Afonso Ramos emergency room, but succumbed to her injuries and died in the unit.
According to the incident report, the guards found that the couple fell out this Sunday and then the man stabbed the victim. He fled using her car, which was later found crashed into a tree, still in the São Francisco neighborhood, abandoned.
A knife was found inside the vehicle, which the police will determine if it was the weapon used in the crime, and documents of the author. He was not located until the publication of this report.

During the registration of the occurrence, the victim's brother went to the Civil Police and reported that the couple had been in a relationship for about a year and a half, and that they had a 10-month-old daughter. He reported that the author was excessively jealous of the woman and that the relationship was always troubled.
Still according to the victim's brother, the fights became more frequent after the birth of the daughter. The man had already been arrested for bodily injury and threat against the victim in August last year, according to the BO, but they resumed the relationship.
The EPTV team went to the site this Monday morning and talked to neighbors. They said that the woman had five children and it was the oldest who left the house to ask the neighbors for help.
The case was registered as a consummated femicide and is still under investigation by the Civil Police.
