In Mirzapur village of Rabupura Kotwali area, due to the negligence of the electricity department, an elderly woman died of electrocution on Saturday. The accident was so gruesome that even the people around were horrified. Accusing the departmental officers of negligence, the victim's family created a ruckus. Later, the police reached the spot and took the dead body into custody and sent it for postmortem. 11000 volt line coming out after touching the house Rahul's 75-year-old grandmother Angoori Devi, a resident of Mirzapur village, was standing on the terrace of the house on Saturday afternoon calling a child of her family. At the same time, the 11,000 volt power line was coming out from there after touching it. In which electric current was descending. Due to which the elderly woman got badly burnt. The accident was so gruesome that even the people standing there were horrified. People tried to save but. By then the old man had died on the spot. At the time of the incident, flames kept coming out of the woman's body for about 10 minutes. There is anger among the victim's family and the people of the village regarding the incident. People say that this horrific accident happened due to the negligence of the electricity department. After the death of the old man, the family members raised slogans in the village against the electricity department. Later, officials of the electricity department and the police also reached the spot. During this, the villagers fiercely told the officials of the Electricity Department. The villagers allege that due to the negligence of the electricity department, the 11,000 volt line is touching the roofs of the houses in the village. Many times the villagers have complained to the departmental officials for laying the cable line, but no attention has been paid, due to which this horrific accident has happened. The victim's family also filed a complaint in the police station alleging negligence of the electricity department.
