It's possible the tank cost in reality differs +/- some Rubles. But nevertheless, Russian inflation and a plummeting exchange value mean the Russian Ruble has reached its rightfully earned toilet paper status. Soon Russia might stop using currency as payment and revert to barter and direct trade with goods instead. It's amusing watching the Russian house of cards crumble...
